I don't remember who the first blogger was. I know he is a God to young webmasters today. He was the pioneer. And will be remembered. He made history.

Others use blogs as hobbies. They dedicate their blogs to their vintage cars, their soccer team, their film idol, etc. Blogs are used for everything and for nothing.
No business is taken seriously if there isn't a blog linked up to it. A blog is a communication tool. It turns the money-making entrepeneur into a human others can relate to, and thus buy the product he's selling.
Blogs are so simple to set up. With a few clicks from your cpanel, you're ready to start telling the world what you want it to know. And blogs do attract readers. Nobody will ever explain this phenomena, but even if you never link your blog to another blog, someone will find you, and read what you have to say.
So, go ahead. Why shouldn't you? Everyone else is.
